KAIKAISANDAL.COM SHIPPING POLICY

  • Your order will be processed and shipped in a prompt and timely manner.
  • We reserve the right to ship your order by USPS Priority Mail. For express shipments, please email service@kaikaisandal.com or call 631 238 5158 to inquire about rates.
  • We assume no responsibility for lost/damaged merchandise during shipping. Please contact the carrier directly regarding these issues.
  • Please include your invoice/order number when making inquiries regarding the shipment of your order so we may properly assist you.
  • Holiday Return Policy: Returns or exchanges will be accepted for unworn Kai-Kai Sandals from Thanksgiving through December 25 by mail or in-store. Please remember there is a $8 return shipping fee when exchanging sizes.

KAIKAISANDAL.COM RETURN POLICY

  • Kaikaisandal.com will accept returns of unworn, re-stockable, regular price merchandise for exchange or refund, when received by us within fifteen (15) days of original shipping date to you. Shoes returned with out the original packaging will incur an $8.00 fee.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Merchandise returns without pre authorization will be refused. Please email service@kaikaisandal.com for a return authorization number.All returned shoes should be sent via USPS to

  • Freight must be prepaid and the merchandise in the original packaging materials. No freight charges are refundable for any reason other than a shipping error on our part.
  • Our customer service department will acknowledge receipt of your return item via e-mail and will make every effort to ship your replacement item within 3 business days from our stock. Please note that you will be charged $8.00 for shipping of your replacement item. For standard shipping you should receive your order within 5-10 business days.
  • All final sale items can not be returned or refunded.
  • You can choose a full refund or exchange on regular price merchandise.
  • Please do not send shoes back to the manufacturer, unless instructed to do so.
  • Our return policy for merchandise purchased at our store remains, Store credit or exchange within 7 days from date of purchase. That means no cash refunds for articles purchased in our store.
